Good-For-You Food Never Tasted So Good! -That's her motto, and it's true. Top Floor Learning: Top Floor Learning is an adult learning organization, teaching dozens of courses on a wide variety of topics, ranging from computer skills, to arts and crafts, to writing, to health, and others. Additionally, TFL offers courses in English as a Second Language, and Citizenship, for those who are trying to learn English and become U.S. Citizens. TFL is located in the Top Floor of the Palmer Library, and they feature state of the art computer training centers to assist learning in many courses, not just the computer courses!
The West Deck: One of Newport, Rhode Island's star restaurant attractions, The West Deck is situated right on the wharf, offering great views of the harbor and yachts docking while you dine on some of the most incredible, mouth watering meals you can imagine. Their Filet Mignon with Champagne Herbed Butter and their Escargot are beyond compare. The crew are entertaining as well, and you can watch your meal being prepared in their surrounded kitchen, or dine in the glassed-in dining room, or, if the weather is pleasant, as it often is around Newport in the Spring and Summer, dine on their outside deck and watch the yachts sail by. The West Deck should be a Must-See destination any time you visit Newport! This website is under "live development"- there is still much material outstanding from the client, but the site needs to be online prior to the season. Keep checking it for the newest information and schedules.

New England Discount Realty: New England Discount Realty offers full service brokerage services, including listing on the MLS and many other features, for a flat fee of $479.00. You can save a HUGE amount in commissions by listing with NEDR. There are some really classy automatically-calculating pages that show you exactly how much you'll save by using the NEDR services. Other site features include persistent user-data in the form of an account creation utility in .asp that allows users to create their own usernames and passwords, and stores their info in a database written on the fly by the website itself. Administrative features also allow for the site owners to access the accumulated data in nicely formatted configurations to allow for targeted mailings, billing and other functions.
Knockout Jobs: Knockout Jobs is a job search/matching system targeted specifically at O.R. Nurses and Surgical Technicians. Hospitals and Employment Agencies register and post their job openings, Nurses register and post their information and upload their resumes. Automatic search functions allow Nurses to search available job postings by a variety of criteria, and allow Employers to search the candidates with again, a variety of criteria. The One-Touch-Job-Application process allows nurses registered with the site, when they find a job they wish to apply for, to send their application data to the prospective employer, with their resume attached, with the single click of a button.

I am also proud to be a member of this organization. Hadwen Park Market (H. P. Meats): Hadwen Park Market, voted the Best Meat Market by Worcester Magazine's Reader's Poll. Located in the southern end of Worcester, they offer a wonderful alternative to big supermarket shopping. They have been around since 1897, and have always been owned by a local family. Anserity, Inc.: Anserity was a robust startup that offered natural language answers to queries, rather than just links- they actually answered your question! Anserity had answer engines for a number of vertical markets- financial, medical, etc. They featured a tax-answer engine just in time for tax season- it provided rapid and accurate answers to your tax questions. Xanatos provided only "mechanical" (HTML, JavaScript, Perl) consultation to Anserity- we worked with their own graphics designers and core programmers to implement their site. Unfortunately, they sold out and are gone. Such is the world of Internet Startups...

The site's no longer online, but you can still find Pete's art in the studios of Giclee of New England, on Rt. 32 (Mian Street), in Monson, MA.
BB Construction: BB Construction offers a full range of building and remodeling services- framing, drywall, carpentry, painting- you name it. I can personally attest to the quality of his work, he did the drywall and finish casing/trim on my addition! And I am very pleased. The BB site is a small site that functions strictly as a web based contact point and a way for BB Construction to gain new clients through this medium.
