Rules and Terms of the Xanatos Trivia Challenge:

1. Drawing to be held from valid registrations received after participants have successfully completed the trivia challenge.
2. Drawing is held twice per year, once in June and once in December.
3. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Xanatos Enterprises and their immediate families are not eligible for entry in this contest.
4. Entrants under 18 years of age must have parental consent to enter.
5. Limit one entry per person per drawing. Multiple entries will not increase your chances of winning.
6. Winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone. Make sure you include both!
7. WINNER AGREES TO HAVE HIS/HER NAME AND/OR COMPANY NAME POSTED ON THE XANATOS WEB SITE FOR MARKETING AND VERIFICATION PURPOSES. No permission for name, no site credit voucher.
8. In the event the first selected winner from any drawing is either not eligible or is unreachable, a second drawing will be held after a period of one week, and another winner will be selected. This will continue until a valid winner is obtained.
9. Any situation or question arising from this contest will be determined by the Management of Xanatos Enterprises, whose decisions in all matters regarding this contest will be final.
10. Entry in this contest constitutes agreement and acceptance of the rules as posted herein.
11. Xanatos Enterprises and David Xanatos reserves the right to cancel or alter this offer without notice at any time for any reason.
