Xanatos Vision Statement

I founded Xanatos in 1997 with a single vision: to become the recognized leader in providing high quality, simple, affordable, common-sense internet solutions to small and medium sized businesses in New England; to help small companies for whom the web might otherwise be out of reach, to establish a quality, robust internet presence, and to always be able to provide personal service in a relaxed setting.

In service to ensure our sites are of high quality and value to our clients, and subsequently to our clients' potential customers and site visitors, much of the revenue generated by our business ventures is turned back into the business to increase the capabilities and services we offer to our clients. This also helps us to keep our costs down by reducing and automating labor intensive operations.

We are committed to maintaining the highest quality of service to our clients, and for this reason we may occasionally refuse to take on new business. When this happens, we will usually be able to provide an estimated date by which we will be able to service your requirements, or provide a reference to another business should you require an immediate web presence. In all cases, priority goes to our existing clients over new business. Of course this means, once we take on your job, you will also become a member of the Xanatos client family, and receive priority service.
